Future Home Standard Ltd is a Passive House Consultancy focusing on creating comfortable, energy-efficient, healthy homes for the future.

By super-insulating your home and installing the correct type of insulation in the right places, we can retain the heat in your home and keep the building at a consistent temperature.

A ‘Fabric First’ approach means prioritising the design and materials used in constructing your building to reduce energy and heat losses as much as possible.

  • The Passivhaus – or Passive House - standard is a leading building performance standard for improving energy efficiency and occupant comfort, together with reducing operational carbon emissions.

    Calculations are undertaken using the Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP) energy modelling software, which delivers a more accurate measurement of real-world performance than Part L compliance software.

    Required for Passive House certification; depends on project size

  • Includes detailed design, thermal bridging, airtightness strategy

  • Covers documentation and liaison with certifying bodies

  • For inspections, training, or troubleshooting during construction.
